Bio:
Erik grew up in Oregon and came to SPU from there.  My father and brother are both coaches down in Oregon and another one of my brother's played at SPU as well.  We are a soccer family.  In fact, my father was named the National High School Coach of the Year by ESPN this last fall and his team was ranked #1 in the country for the fall season and my brother coaches for Lake Oswego Soccer Club and has won several State Championships there.  Erik is a teacher in the Seattle Public Schools (7th and 8th Grade Math).  Erik  lives in Ballard with his wife, Colleen, and his 18 month old son, Kaidin.

Philosophy:  Learn to love the game and have fun by working hard and getting better
